Sales Development Representative – DACH Region
At Faslet, we are in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region who embodies curiosity, a penchant for setting new records, and the expertise to cultivate enduring customer relationships. This role presents an exciting opportunity where you will take charge of nurturing strategic revenue opportunities within designated account territories and market segments, while also having an open approach and embracing AI.

Your key responsibilities

- Generate fresh business opportunities and leads within the medium-large business segments to fuel our sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft targeted lists, call strategies, and impactful messaging in German.
- Conduct qualification meetings and calls with potential clients in DACH region.
- Utilize our internal CRM system, Hubspot, and cutting-edge sales technologies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, with a keen openness to AI integration.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations, informed by industry insights and compelling value propositions.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Achieve or surpass monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
This position is based in the Netherlands, and candidates must be able to work from our office in Rotterdam weekly. We are not considering candidates who require a working permit to move to the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound software sales or a similar role.
- A high-energy, results-driven attitude.
- The ability to effectively communicate our product to a business audience
- Strong written communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive emails.
- Maturity, confidence, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven personality.
- A strong passion for a career in sales and/or consulting.
- Product Knowledge: Prior knowledge or experience in sizing solutions, apparel, and footwear industry, or related technologies is advantageous.
- Time Management and Organization: Effective time management and organizational skills are essential.
- Networking Abilities: Building and maintaining a network of industry contacts is advantageous
Nice to haves
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM or other CRM software
- Experience running outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in software/SaaS/cloud technology

Marketing & Events Coordinator
At Faslet, we’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to help us scale. You’ll play a key role in keeping our brand top-of-mind with future clients by creating impactful content, running our monthly nurture flow, and supporting Sales and agents with the right materials at the right moment. You’ll also take ownership of our event presence across Europe, from planning and logistics to ensuring Faslet shows up professionally at every touchpoint. Being open to using AI and new tools is a big plus, as it helps you work faster and smarter in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and our external agent.
- Create and manage social content, newsletters, case snippets, and 1-pagers that support Sales and agents.
- Keep our ICP warm with monthly nurture emails, CRM list management, and simple campaign flows.
- Coordinate all event activities, including booth materials, logistics, partner support, and onsite execution.
- Ensure consistent branding across pitch decks, templates, and outreach materials.
- Work closely with Sales to turn engaged leads into demos and pilots.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with a strong execution mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident in writing clear, value-focused content for LinkedIn, email, and sales materials.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Canva/Figma, and LinkedIn.
- Strong project management skills, able to keep a full marketing calendar on track.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently across teams.
- Strong eye for visual consistency and able to protect Faslet’s brand style across all assets.
- Able to turn raw content (pilot results, case snippets, event photos) into clean, professional marketing assets without needing a designer.
Nice to have
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail tech.
- Background in event coordination or field marketing.
- Basic design capability for visuals and booth assets.
- Understanding of partner marketing or marketplaces.
- Ability to turn product/pilot insights into simple, compelling stories.

At Faslet, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring that we deliver real value to our customers and stakeholders. You will be the link between business needs and development teams, translating vision into actionable backlog items and making sure priorities are clear.
