Sales Development Representative – DACH Region

At Faslet, we are in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region who embodies curiosity, a penchant for setting new records, and the expertise to cultivate enduring customer relationships. This role presents an exciting opportunity where you will take charge of nurturing strategic revenue opportunities within designated account territories and market segments, while also having an open approach and embracing AI.

Your key responsibilities

    • Generate fresh business opportunities and leads within the medium-large business segments to fuel our sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft targeted lists, call strategies, and impactful messaging in German.
    • Conduct qualification meetings and calls with potential clients in DACH region.
    • Utilize our internal CRM system, Hubspot, and cutting-edge sales technologies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, with a keen openness to AI integration.
    • Develop persuasive sales presentations, informed by industry insights and compelling value propositions.
    • Fluency in German is a must.
    • Achieve or surpass monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

This position is based in the Netherlands, and candidates must be able to work from our office in Rotterdam weekly. We are not considering candidates who require a working permit to move to the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound software sales or a similar role.
  • A high-energy, results-driven attitude.
  • The ability to effectively communicate our product to a business audience
  • Strong written communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive emails.
  • Maturity, confidence, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven personality.
  • A strong passion for a career in sales and/or consulting.
  • Product Knowledge: Prior knowledge or experience in sizing solutions, apparel, and footwear industry, or related technologies is advantageous.
  • Time Management and Organization: Effective time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Networking Abilities: Building and maintaining a network of industry contacts is advantageous

Nice to haves

  • Experience working with Hubspot CRM or other CRM software
  • Experience running outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in software/SaaS/cloud technology
  • The flexibility to work remotely
